A domaine to keep an eye out for and watch it evolve. 100% Syrah from vines up on the Cte near Mornas, just outside the appellation of Cte Rotie. A complex and generous Syrah with notes of Kalamata olives, black pepper and violets with a touch of soy sauce and a little bit of age. This is lovely, bright red fruits mingled with a hint of red cherry and violets, a touch of
