Morey-Coffinet Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru En Cailleret 2015 PIEDMONT Pinot Noir Burgundy Savigny-les-BeauneEn Caillerets climate, from which this superb 1er Cru is produced, is one of the best terroirs in Chassagne Montrachet. Steep slopes, clay limestone soil and very stony, make a wine with notes of white and yellow fruits, golden citrus, acacia honey, jasmine and a smoky minerality. On the palate is full, concentrated, powerful, but not too heavy. Finish has a beautiful bitterness which give length and freshness.
