This hollow edge salmon knife, with its extremely sharp, flexible blade, slides easily through all fish (especially steaky fish like salmon!) during slicing, allowing for even, wafer thin pieces. The dimples near the edge of the blade create small air cushions during slicing that prevent any food from sticking to the blade.
