extremely mild fold wear including light creasing around some of the vertical folds and also creasing between some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds)

The top right corner area appears to have become wet at some point as the surface is lightly creased/wrinkled throughout every page and there is a little faint staining on the front page

2 cm circular patch of blu-tac grease just left of the top fold intersection on the left vertical fold line
