Cochonnet Rosé 2022 1L Liqueur Oak aging brings hints ofFRANCE : SOUTHERN RHNE : LUBERON BIODYNAMIC : Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah MED BODIED, PEACH, STRAWBERRY, MINERAL, HERBAL, NO OAK Chteau Fontvert has farmed 20 hectares at the foot of the Luberon mountains since the 1950s certified organic and biodynamic (Demeter) since 2008, with limestone and sandy marl soils that hold natural acidity through harvest. Grapes are hand picked and fermented with native yeast. The Cochonnet label is the house entry point:
