Studies for the 'Trivulzio Monument' rejuvenation c1910s-c1930s(Studies for the 'Trivulzio Monument', c1508 (1954). In 1508 Gian Giacomo Trivulzio, a Milanese aristocrat and military commander and governor of the city, commissioned Leonardo da Vinci to sculpt an equestrian statue for his tomb.
