Instituted in 1924: in silver gilt with blue and white enamels, measuring 16. 5 mm (w) x 27. 8 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath suspension, intact enamels, scattered gilt wear; and Latvian Shield Stickpin: in bronze with white and maroon enamels, maker marked "L. CHR. LAUER NRNBERG" on the reverse, measuring 10 mm (w) x 14. 2 mm (h), on a 47 mm long stickpin. Near extremely fine.
