Constructed of 18kt Gold and fine quality manufacture enamels, consisting of a baby blue enameled Greek Cross, the obverse with a central white enameled medallion with the monogram CA of Charles Albert in Gold, surrounded by a fine Golden ring, the reverse equally enameled on the arms, with a central white enameled medallion inscribed Al Merito Civile 1831 in golden capitalized
