Constructed of red rayon, the exterior bearing a central white tresse, overlaid by a white diamond bearing a machine embroidered black mobile swastika, flanked by an illegible district stamp, the interior retaining three metal snap buttons, measuring 19 cm (l) x 9. 5 cm (w) when folded on a flat surface, demonstrating moderate soiling, in very fine condition.
