Constructed of magnetic metal, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse with a ribbed frame, with a central initial W, the six oclock arm with a reinstitution date of 1914, the twelve oclock arm with a royal crown, the reverse with a central threaded lug retaining a period original backplate and nut, unmarked, measuring 43. 28 mm (w) x 42. 85 mm (h),
