Constructed of multi coloured cotton twill, the obverse consisting of a tri colour Indian flag base, overlaid by a springing tiger, and topped by an inscription of FREIES INDIEN (FREE INDIA), unmarked, measuring 55 mm (w) x 82 mm (h), minor material fatigue evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
