Constructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a red and white checked background overlaid by a black mobile swastika, set within a gilt frame, the reverse with a vertical pinback and locking catch, marked B indicating a replacement piece, also marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code M1 120 for Wilhelm Deumer, Ldenscheid, measuring 17. 02 mm (w) x 28. 37 mm (h),
