The recipient is Sergeant Gerhard Reuter of the Grenadier Regiment 479, for being wounded on June 6, 1943. The document is dated to Berlin on July 16, 1943 and signed in blue ink by Oberfeldarzt and Chief Medical Doctor of the Reserve Military Hospital 122. Footnote: Grenadier Regiment 479 was part of the 258th Infantry Division. It was destroyed in southern
