General Charles Fleetwood Size:S: 45 x 30cm Sir Francis Burdett is seatedGeneral Charles Fleetwood, (c1800). Fleetwood (died 1692) in armour, mounted on a prancing horse carrying a baton. Fleetwood commanded a regiment in the New Model Army during the English civil war, and fought at Naseby and Newbury where he was wounded.
