the announcement appearing in the Supplement to the London Gazette 230450 of Friday
Germany, Third Reich. A 1935 Altastenberg Shooting Club Award to Master Marksman Karl Brieden Province of China with the inscriptions bearing AYACUCHO(Schtzenknig Medaille). Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the reverse bearing an engraved dedication to KARL BRIEDEN in recognition of achieving the distinction of Master Marksman by the Altastenberg Shooting Club in 1935, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 58 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
