This collaboration with our friends at Paradox Brewery began with a shared passion and an ambitious number of ingredients. The base beer is aged for 14 months and utilizes more varieties of malt than we ever have before. Using 11 spices total, the malt forward blend is combined with banana & pawpaw for 2 more months creating a complex yet
