Constructed of card stock with multi coloured ink, featuring a double sided promotion from the famous Solingen based dagger and sword manufacturer Carl Eickhorn, the obverse bearing detailed charts for measurements and attributes of blades available for purchase by both Officers and Enlisted ranks, with the reverse featuring a catalog displaying black and white photos of Eickhorns series of commemorative dress swords,
