A 29Th Infantry Regiment (3Rd Rheinsches) Leutenant's Epaulette Pair United Republic of 1920 and received his BWMDress pair "banjo" style, stiff framed epaulettes with burlap supports forming the undersides, uppers in steel blue felt with a crescent shaped copper gilded rim enclosing the two fire gilt numerals "2" and "9", the protruding tab trimmed in a 16 mm wide band of finely braided ribbon fabricated from silvered bullion copper wire with steel blue threading, reinforced button hole at the tab end, with red felt backers, measuring 110 mm (w) x 140 mm (h)
