Constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of an eight pointed radiant starburst, bearing a central rosette situated within a circular laurel wreath, the reverse with a barren hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a flattened and rounded catch emanating from a circular plate, unmarked, measuring 49. 92 mm (w) x 49. 62 mm (h), weighing 24. 0 grams, demonstrating total
