PALATE: Bitter orange marmalade and dark chocolate. Smouldering charred marshmallows and sea salt. A perfect savory dram to enjoy with friends. The cask makeup is 35% ex Sherry casks and 65% ex bourbon barrels. Non chill filtered; No Color Added 46. 8% ABV
