Constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from a period original I Class issue ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled arms, the obverse bearing an Ordnungspolizei insignia in the form of an oval oak leaf wreath overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse bearing an oval disc overlaid
