Constructed of bronzed feinzink, consisting of a Cross Patte with ribbed arms joined together through the quadrants by radiant sun rays, the obverse bearing a central circular oak leaf wreath, overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse bearing a central circular oak leaf wreath, surrounding a raised
