In silver, a lovely eight armed star with clusters of seven alternating smooth and faceted rays each with a ball finial, the obverse medallion in Gold, features a central Lombardy crown on a blue enamel field, surrounded by a white enamel ring VICT. EMMAN. II. REX. ITALIAE. MDCCCLXVI., a black enamelled crowned eagle on the 12 oclock arm, the reverse
