In silver gilt and enamels, a red and white Maltese cross, cyphers of Carol in each quadrant, the obverse medallion featuring a superimposed crown, the reverse 10. MAIU, measures 62. 1 mm (w) x 63. 5 mm (h), enamels intact, worn on original neck ribbon, remains in extremely fine condition.
