Instituted January 10th, 1429 by Philip the Good, Duke of Burgundy as an expression of the wealth of the Burgundy Duke. Austrian Version 1925 1935 issue. Constructed of gilded silver, consisting of Austrias typical facing left heraldic figure of the Golden Fleece with details in the fur texture, attached on the top to a set of Burgundy flames in red enamels, with a central bulge medallion in blue enamels and delineate
