Measuring 61 mm x 75 mm, this insignia features a high relief gold and silver bullion leaf wreath, with a gold coloured anchor entwined with a gold bullion rope on a gold framed disc backed with black felt, topped by a silvered mum above, all on black cloth. It is padded, giving it a three dimensional look. Quality embroidery, beautiful craftsmanship, in extremely fine condition.
