An oval silver medal; the obverse depicting a steel helmet and a set of crossed swords superimposed on a German eagle, circumscribed Frontkmpfer des Weltkrieges 1914 1918, all within a laurel wreath; the reverse plain, with a vertical pinback, marked DRGM and Ges. Gesch. on the reverse; measuring 44. 86 mm (w) x 5347 mm (h); weighing 31. 1 grams; in overall very fine condition.
