Wiseacre Second Banana German Hefeweizen Ale parish-brewing-co since 1761Wheat Beer Hefeweizen 4. 7% ABV Commercial Description: 2nd Banana is a traditional German Hefeweizen. It was brewed in the traditional way in our modern brewhouse built exactly for this type of beer. We used 100% German malts and over 50% of this was wheat malt. Together with the Hefeweizen yeast, we produced a well balanced and refreshing beer. The first sip delivers a pure banana flavor and aroma which is produced by the yeast during fermentation,
