An extremely well preserved national flag pennant, constructed of a red cotton twill base, trimmed along two edges with braided white threading and along the hoist edge with a hollow white cotton channel through which is looped a drawstring completing at one end with a functional magnetic metal spring clip, bearing double sided white cotton discs measuring 9 cm in diameter, in turn bearing machine embroidered black mobile swastikas,
