The small, dark, super flavorful, hand harvested grapes will then be filled into amphoras in the ground right next to the vines! Which then spend an entire cycle of 4 seasons being matured and treated by the sassy elements, cultivating an earthy, rustic and complex character and notes of blackberry, cassis & plum. The intense complex taste could remind you of Rum.
