Austria, Imperial. An Austro-Hungarian Civil Service Dress Bicorne By Moritz Tiller & Co. Auction dual cornucopia hallmarked and marked(Zivilstaatsbeamten Zweispitz). This is an extremely well preserved Austro Hungarian Civil Service dress bicorne, constructed of a reinforced black felt shell with machine embroidered adornments. The brim is bordered from front to back by a 37 mm thick black woven ribbon securely stitched into the felt. Stitched into the right side is a richly detailed, machine embroidered, gold bullion wire ribbon loop around a gilded brass button depicting a raised,
