Suyo No.2 Italia Pisco 12 OZ. Rick Wasmund of Copper FoxSuyo No. 2 is handcrafted from 100% Italia grapes, which come from the Muscat of Alexandria family. This aromatic expression is spontaneously fermented and single distilled to proof in traditional copper stills. Suyo No. 2 is best enjoyed when sipped neat or on the rocks, but it also makes an excellent Pisco Tonic or Chilcano. It has floral and bright citrus notes with underlying minerality, which evolve into a delicate and herbal finish.
