Constructed of a red cotton rayon blended cloth base, overlaid by double sided white cotton rayon discs measuring 9 cm in diameter, in turn bearing machine embroidered black mobile swastika, trimmed along two edges with red and white piping, the hoist edge reinforced with a layer of white cotton twill featuring a hollow channel through which is looped a drawstring, with the upper corner retaining a functional
