A Coastal Artillery M43 Field Cap for Enlisted Ranks Democratic Republic of the 4) An ACC Distinguished Service(Kriegsmarine Einheitsfeldmtze M43 fr Mannschaften der Kstenartillerie). An extremely well preserved Kriegsmarine Coastal Artillery M43 field cap for Enlisted ranks, constructed of field grey wool. The cap is surrounded by fold down side panels, scalloped toward the front, which provide optional ear and neck protection to the wearer. When not in use, the panels roll up and are secured in place at the front with two grey painted metal buttons, bearing
