Footnote: The Sonnenwende (Summer Solstice) was celebrated on an annual basis. The biggest celebration was held at the Thingsttte in Heidelberg, in a theatre designed by Jospeh Goebbels, but the event itself was celebrated in theatres in all of Europe.
