Silver with gold gilded center piece with blue enamel affixed with three gold stars on obverse, reverse bearing a meander pattern with two F. M makers marks (F. Mller), measuring at 78. 81mm (w) x 73. 78mm (h) and weighing at 64. 8 grams, 12 o'clock ray missing, replacement backplate, in fine condition.
