Aug in capitalized letters, the reverse inscribed Europae Liberate Asserta MDCCCXIII MDCCCIV, on a fixed loop and broad swivel ring for suspension from a correct original ribbon, unmarked, measuring 27. 6 mm (w) x 30. 2 mm
