A Welsh Guards Other Ranks Busby Plume (Aka Hackle) Newly Listed 1944 Letter: Dear Lindemann IGreat Britain; Composed of three staggered skirt layers, the top and bottom in white horsehair, the middle layer in emerald green horsehair, wrapped around a stiff brass wire frame, a black cord wrapped around the base of the horsehair, the brass wire finished in a loop for insertion into the busby, 45 mm (w) x 183 mm (h), extremely fine.
