A French Legion Of Honour, Commander, Third Republic (1870-1951) Newly Listed only minor flak on reverseFrance; In 18K Gold with red, white, blue and green enamels, weighing 45 grams inclusive of its ribbon, hallmarked on the ribbon adjoining the tassels on the obverse, 58. 5 mm (w) x 86 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath and integral ring suspension, on its original full length neck ribbon with hook and eye closure, fine chipping and crazing evident in the white enamels on the arms on both sides, otherwise the enamels are intact, near extremely fine.
