It states that Privy Councillor (Geheime Overregeringsraad) Hucke, an Official of the Imperial German Telegraph Board (Keiserlig Tydske General Telegrafbestyrelse), has been named Commander of the 2nd Grade of the Dannebrog Order. The document is dated to Copenhagen on March 26, 1879. It is signed twice, both in black ink, and features a royal paper seal. Measuring 224mm (w) x 355mm
