The signature is indecipherable. A Heros Death Notice (208x295mm, near extremely fine) to Matrose Ernst Meier of the 4th Minesweeping Flotilla, who died on June 12, 1941. The document is dated to Cuxhaven on August 2, 1941 and is signed in black ink by a Captain Lieutenant, his name is indecipherable.
