Fumé Blanc Numen 2022 Organic Certified Wines Vulkán from Meinklang is madeThe Numen Fum blanc from Johannes Zillinger is an unfiltered, bit cloudy sauvignon blanc. Old vines, intercellular fermentation in Georgian qvevris and 16 months on the lees: a long and elaborated process that results into a super complex white with beautiful minerality and a very long finish. Floral and elegant with lots of peach notes as well as litchi and jasmine.
