Constructed of aluminum, consisting of a double sided Deutsche Arbeitsfront (German Labour Front DAF) insignia in the form of a mobile swastika set within a cogwheel, sitauted atop a pedestal with a hollow channel inset with a threaded log for pole attachment, the reverse of the pedestal bearing a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code M3 30 38 indicating production by an unknown manufacturer in 1938,
