An eight point silver star with individual rays, the central superimposed medallion features a silver gilt ring with the Spanish Coat of Arms under Franco, depicting an eagle with a central crowned crest of white, red and blue enamel with motto UNA GRANDE LIBRE (One, Great and Free) in the ribbon, a green enamel pita leaves stem from a red enamel bow at 6 oclock halfway
