Cantor 2023 Fresh orange peelCantor by Dom Bliskowice is made with a PiWi grape variety: Cabernet Cantor. The wine is fresh and citrusy, it is a basket full of sour cherries with some pomegranate and lime and a couple of strawberry too. Expect a little fizz at the very first sips.
