3 Fonteinen Rabarber elder-pine-brewing-blending-co 2020 Ultimate Spirits Challenge (90Lambic Fruit 5. 1% ABV Commercial Description: For this Rabarber, we macerated organic rhubarb for almost five months on two year old lambik. We blended with more three year old lambik right before bottling, rendering the weighted average age to more than two years and two months. Almost half of the cereals used in brewing these lambikken was sourced in our own cereal collective. Final rhubarb intensity is 250 grams per litre.
