Constructed of dark green wool, the obverse bearing a white cotton twill shield overlaid by a blue Cross of St. Andrew, situated within a ribbed border, topped by machine embroidered golden yellow Cyrillic initials ( , or Russian Liberation Army), unmarked, measuring 56 mm (w) x 65 mm (h), an uncommon embroidered version in unissued and near mint condition.
