Because it was silent and fumeless, this car was bought by Queen Alexandra for driving around the grounds of Sandringham House. It is fitted with a foot operated bell instead of a horn. RGJ Nash acquired it for his collection at Brooklands in the 1930s, he later drove it regularly while petrol was rationed.
