Burning Rosids is a Belgian-style saison incorporating a unique ingredient-cherrywood smoked malt (the name references the rosid plant family from which cherry trees hail)
We use casks made of French Limousin Oak that have been used for 12 years to age one of the world's premiere Fine Champagne XO Cognacs
