The Domaine Achille Quetsches Alors 2020 is a unique natural sparkling wine made from biodynamically farmed plums, with a small percentage of Riesling grapes added. Aromas of plum jam, plum with cinnamon, and hints of red balsamic vinegar. On the palate, it is fruity and slightly herbal with bright acidity. It finishes with a lively, effervescent quality due to its pt nat (ptillant naturel)
